Sunday Ojeme, (Punch) - The naira suffered further value depreciation on Monday as the closure of the official foreign exchange market for the year, an unusual move that highlighted the scarcity of forex, took further effect. The naira's free fall has persisted just as the Central Bank Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, disclosed that the devaluation was deliberate.
